NABH means the quality Indicators are the backbone on which quality assurance program of a hospital relies. NABH accreditation expects hospitals to calculate several quality indicators and use it for monitoring the quality of care.
1. Click to NABH Dashboard on the control panel.
2. To click the NABH Dashboard, displayed the NABH KPI Dashboard
- Standard: The standards provide a framework for quality assurance and quality improvement for hospitals. The standards focus on patient safety and quality of care.
- In the module we have apply only 4 types of standard PSQ3a, PSQ3b, PSQ3c & PSQ4d in which having 32 indicators.
- In the module having a action button that is define the values according to the formulas
- In the apply mode, we can apply the filters according to the clinic
- Here we can export to excel the sheet by clicking on the Export to excel button
- For Example :
Indicator :Time taken for initial assessment of indoor patients
Standard : PSQ3a
Definition :The time shall begin from the time that the patient arrived at the bed of the ward till the time that the initial assess has been completed by a doctor
Remarks :This shall be captured either through the HIS, or through audit. In case of audit, the sample size shall be specified in the sample size calculation table. Day care patients are not included.
