1. For admit the patient, kindly refer this link: Click here: 

2. To view the Patient summary, click on the “Patient Record”.

3. Once the click on the Patient record, the Admission summary page will open, here click on the “Admission Summary” button.

4. The Admission summary report will open.

5. Here user can print the report by clicking on the “print” button.
