Print Schedule after Saving an Appointment

This article will guide you to the Print Schedule after saving an  appointment for patients. Please refer to  link  for details about – “adding schedule for bill generation.”

1. To print the schedule, users need to follow the below steps.

A. Click on the Print Schedule button printing option will be display 

B. Click on the print with header and footer checkbox 

C. Click on Print Schedule, which is in the green color, to display the schedule report. 

D. If users do not need to print anything, click the Close option, which is highlighted in red.

2. The Schedule page will now appear in the way shown below.

A. In the schedule report, having a following data such as

  • The clinic’s logo will appear on the right side of the report.
  • The patient’s name will appear in the left-hand corner in accordance with the patient’s information.
  • Patient Number will be displayed in the left hand side as per the updated patient details 
  • Barcodes are often created at the point of admission and are used to continually update the patient’s record based on their needs. This option will be displayed on the left hand side as per the updated patient details.
  • 1st referral doctors means a written order from your primary care doctor for you to see a specialist or get certain medical service. This will be reflected in the left hand side as per the update patient details
  • 2nd Referral doctors means a patient who has been sent (referred) for a second opinion or therapy to a specialist or subspecialist, because the patient has a disease or condition that the primary or referring physician cannot, or does not wish to,treat.This will be reflected in the left hand side 
  • Patient Mobile number address which is reflected in the left hand side of the report 
  • Schedule Date will be reflected in the left hand side of the report. 
  • Schedule Time will be reflected in the right hand side of the report. 
  • Patient gender will be reflected in the middle of the report. 
  • Patient age will be reflected in the middle of the report. 
  • Visit ID & Date will be reflected in the right hand side of the report 
  •  Modality A modality is the way or mode in which something exists or is done. You might often see it used with reference to diagnostic modality, which is the way in which a disease or illness is diagnosed by a doctor. This will be reflected in the left hand side of the corner 
  • Study name  will be reflected in the middle of the report
  • Doctor name will be reflected in the left hand side of the report

3. Once the print schedule  will be generated, then users  can download as well as print this schedule in Pdf format

A. To provide permission to create the pdf, click here. It will appear on the left side of the screen.

B. The option to print this page is located on the left side of the screen under the heading “Click Here to Print.”
