This article will provide a quick overview of the process for adding new channel types, updating existing ones, and deleting existing ones.

1. Select the option ‘IPD Management‘ from the control panel.

2. In the IPD module, click on the button labeled “Ward to Helper Mapping“.

3. The following screen will be opened when the user clicks on “Ward to Helper Mapping“.

4. Choose the name of the clinic or hospital that needs to be mapped to a particular ward in the Ward to Helper Mapping screen, then click the “Search” button to view the results.

5. After clickingon search button, you will able to see available entities/attached Helpers that are mapped to particular hospital/clicnic as shown below.

6. You can drag and drop available entities/attached Helpers so that they can be used to mapped to wards. Click on ” Submitt Mapping” as shown below.
