This article will guide you to how the add the health check- up plan while taking the appointment

To function the health check up plan  login the EHR portal and click on the Appointment calendar module.

1. Click on the Add new appointment button.

2. Once you click on the Add New Appointment button the search- patient screen is open.

3. Search the name of the existing patient by clicking on the patient name and patient mobile number and click on the Add Patient Visit.

4. Search the name of the existing patient by clicking on the patient name and patient mobile number and click on the Add Patient Visit.

5. Once you click on the Add  patient visit, the Add schedule screen will be open.

6. Here we can add the health check -up plan in the modality so, according services and their rates can be reflected.

A. In the modality tab the user needs to select the health check up plan.
B. In the health Check -up plan the services can be reflected automatically according to the plan.
C. Then select the Doctors
D. Select the Rooms


E. In OPD billing includes the bill number, Bill Dates, Patient name as well as includes the health check -up plan in service column and includes the full plan rates 

F. In the grand total we can give a discount in rupees as well as in per cent and the net amount will be reflected.
