This article will guide on how to check the medical records of dailysis patient.

1. Click to Dailysis module on the control panel.

2. Select the dailysis patient listing.

3. Here you can check the Dailysis patient list and select the patient by clicking the view button in the action tab.

5. Now check the Medical records of the dailysis patient.

A. Here you can chek the patient details .

• Basic information such as name of the patient, Patient ID, membership type, blood group, recall status, Dead status, preganancy status if the patient is female, Allergies status, staff patient status if patient belongs to staff.

• Contact Details  such as Email ID, mobile number, Address

• Plan Information  such as membership type, insurance name, subscription date, policy no.

• Action information such as patient records and update patient where we can check the patient records and update the patient details.
