MLC Stands for Medico-legal Case. Medical Cases wherever attending doctor after taking history and clinical examination of the patient thinks that some investigation by law enforcing agencies are essential so as to fix the responsibility regarding the medical case in accordance with the law of land.

The MLC Report is a report drafted by a physician for legal proceedings. It is considered to be the written evidence of the physician who has examined the case and documented the findings

1. Do the login into the EHR.

2. Click on the “MIS” option available on the Dashboard.

3. Click on the “MLC Summary Report”.

4. You can see MLC Summary report where you have to enter Start Date and End Date.

5. Click on “Filter” button.

6. Once you clicked “Filter”, it will shows bar graphs according to Registered Modality and Registered Ward Count as shown below.

7. You can also export these information in excel format, for this click on “Export to Excel” button.

8. You can also export these information in picture format, for this click on “Export to JPEG” button.
