This article will guide you to the print bills after saving an appointment for patients.
1. Select the patient’s name from the appointment to check the print bill.
2. To check the print label, open the “View schedule” tab.
Users must take the actions listed below in order to print the label.
A. Click on the Print Bills button and the printing option will be displayed.
B. Click on the print with header and footer checkbox.
C. Click on Print Schedule, which is in the green color, to display the schedule report.
D. Click on the Close option if users do not require the print, which is in the Red color.
2. Now the bills report will be generated in the following format
A. In the Bills report, including the patient details such as
- Clinic logo A clinic logo can directly indicate its professional direction, containing traditional medical symbols or abstractions with a certain meaning.
- The BIll Number for tracing and tracking the bill amount of specific patient
- Patient Name is required for identify the patient name
- Patient Number to identify the patient with the unique ID that has been specially generated for the patient
- Barcodes are often created at the point of admission and are used to continually update the patient’s record based on their needs. This option is displayed in the middle side of the report which is already registered in the patient details.
- Patient mobile no and address :- Contacting the patient’s relative or the patient themselves for further action requires the patient’s mobile phone and address.
- Schedule Time is required for enabling the verification of insurance and demographic information
- Patient Age is necessary to calculate the bill amount based on the patient’s age.
- Visit ID is a unique identifier that is assigned to you when you are visited to the hospital.
- Bill Date The date of service is the specific time at which a patient has been given medical treatment.
B. In the bill report, include the following terms for generating the payment bills, such as
- Item Name :- in the item name should be including the study names of particular modality
- Rate :- in the rates should be including the rates of particular study
- Quantity :- In the quantity should be including the number of particular study
- Total Rate :- in the total rate should be including the
a. Gross Total refers to the total earnings a person receives before paying for taxes and other deductions.
b. Tax Amount refers to the percentage of the taxpayer’s earnings or money that is taken and remitted to the government.
c. Discount means an amount equal to the sum of the Offer Discount, Volume Discount, and Payment Discount, applied to the List Price of all eligible products ordered by the customer under these terms.
d. Total Payable Amount means the amount specified as the Total Amount Payable as stipulated within the invoice for payment.
e. Amount paid means If an amount of money is payable, it has to be paid if it can be paid.
f. Balance is the amount of money owed (or due) on an account.
g. Check by person’s name who will be check or authorized the bills report.
C. In the bill report, include the following terms for payment mode
- Payment date :- payment date should be considered as bill date so the system will take the auto payment date as per the bill date
- Payment mode:- in the payment mode we have option like Cash ,Credit card, Debit card, Cheque, contract, transfer to patient, patient credit, online to process the bill
- Paid amount :- paid amount which means total amount of bill is paid
3. Once the bill has been generated, you can download as well as print the report in pdf format.
A. Download the bill by clicking on the download option which is reflected in the left hand side of the screen
B. Print the report by clicking on the print option which is reflected in the left hand side of the screen.
