Printing a Bill receipt after booking an appointment.

This article will take you to your printed invoices after saving a patient appointment.. 

1. Select the patient’s name from their schedule in the appointment calendar to verify the bill.

2. On clicking the patient’s name, the view schedule screen will open..

  • In order to view the print format of the bill receipt, the user must click the “print bill  receipt”.

3. The bill receipt will now be generated in the below  format.

A. The bill receipt includes the following information:.

  • In the first row, the header shows the below information:.
    a. Clinic’s name and address, to acknowledge  the specific clinic charge.
    b. the clinic’s cell phone number, in case  an emergency arises after getting the payment receipt,
    c. The email ID will be required for another emergency contact.
  • In the receipt line includes the patient details such as
    a.
    The patient’s name and address,to identify the exact patient’s bill by the name and address.
    b.
    The patient number: It will be necessary to identify the exact patient bill by the patient’s number (system generated patient ID)
    c.
    The receipt number is shown on the right of the receipt.
    d.
    The Bill date is on the right of the receipt .
  • In the third line includes payment details  such as.
    a.
    The invoice number: will be populated according to the information in the scheduled appointment.
    b.
    The payment method will be reflected according to the payment method previously selected during the appointment.
    c.
    The amount received will be expressed in numerical as well as in  words.
    d.
    The clinic’s authorized signature To submit this claim to the insurance provider, it will be necessary to identify that the copy of the bill is genuine.

4. Once a receipt is generated, you will be able to download and print it.

A. Download the receipt in PDF format by clicking on the download option which appears on the right side of the screen.


B. Print the receipt by selecting the print option that is reflected on the left side of the screen
