This article will guide you on how to use the functionality of the appointment queue while taking the appointment of the patient.
1. Click on the Appointment queue module on the control panel
2.Once you click on the appointment queue, the queue listing dashboard is open.
3. The queue listing dashboard includes the two queue such as
A. Current queue :- Users often receive the list of appointments that are currently scheduled in the current queue, which contains the point
- Serial Number :-Add the patient count to the serial number.
- Token Number :-There is a specific token number for a certain patient in the tokan number.
- Patient Name :- Contains the patient’s name
- Doctors Name:- includes the particular physicians
- Action :- If user click on the Action then pop up screen will ask to choose the option like
a. Engage
b. Completed
c. Canceled
B. Engage queue :- If a certain patient will be seen by a doctor for a consultant, this will be indicated in the engage queue, which covers the following items.
- Serial Number :-Add the patient count to the serial number.
- Token Number :-There is a specific token number for a certain patient in the Tokan number.
- Patient Name :- Contains the patient’s name
- Doctors Name:- includes the particular physician
- Action :- If user click on the action, then pop up screen will ask to choose the option like
a. Engaged
b. Completed
c. Canceled
C. Users can search for the appointment using two distinct filters in the Filter option.
- Patient Name :- By choosing the patient name, users can search the appointment.
- Doctors Name :- Users can look up appointments by choosing a particular doctor’s name.
- Action :-If a user needs to publicly display a list of appointments with names and tokan numbers, this option will assist him in doing so.
