This article will guide you to check the patient consultation summery.

1. Once you save the appointment it is successfully displayed in the appointment calendar. 

2. Select the service name from the appointment to generate the patient consultation summery report. 

3. Once you click on the service, the doctor consultation page will be open.

4. To generate the patient consultation summary report,  fill up all the helpers which are in the doctors consultation page 

In the doctors consultation page having a so many helpers such as

A. Vitals :- Vitals give us a glimpse into our overall well-being. They signal early signs of an infection, prevent a misdiagnosis, detect symptom-less medical problems, and encourage us to make better choices.
B. History:- The history is a sharing of experience between patient and doctor. A consultation can allow a patient to unburden himself or herself.
C. Chief Complaints :- The chief complaint is a concise statement describing the symptom, problem, condition, diagnosis, physician-recommended return, or other reason for a medical encounter.
D. Symptoms :- A physical or mental problem that a person experiences that may indicate a disease or condition.
E. Observation :- Observation is a way of gathering data by watching behavior, events, or noting physical characteristics in their natural setting.
F. Cardiology Type 1:- Type 1 myocardial infarction occurs in those with atherosclerotic plaque rupture and thrombosis.
G. ICD 10 :- The ICD is important because it provides a common language for recording, reporting and monitoring diseases.
H. Prescription:- When used as prescribed by a doctor, prescription medicines can be helpful in treating many illnesses.
I. Drawing Pad :- The Graphic tablets use the human hand’s fluid motion and physical positioning to its most magnificent power.
J. Admission Recommendation :- If particular patient wants to shift the OPD patient  to IPD then doctors can recommend into the admission recommendation
K. Recommendation :- If the doctor suggests any test for patient then he will put the test in the recommendation panel
L. Doctor Notes & Remark :- Doctors can give short notes and remark about diseases
M. Area of Concern:-  Most frequently, concerns regarded treatments, including medications, procedures, therapies, and adverse effects; diagnoses,
N. Follow up :- here follow up date should be required to take follow up of the particular patient
O. Attached Document,Image and Video :- here doctor can attached the previous prescription or an old disease related document 

5. Once you update the consultation page, click on the Save finalized 

6. Once you finalized the appointment, Patient consultation summery button will be open to check the patient summary

7. Once you click on the Patient Consultation Summary then summary page will be open

• In the patient consultation summary includes the following summery such as
• Vital Summary :- In the vital summary includes the summary of the vital such as Weight, Height, Temperature, Fasting blood sugar, Random Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, respiration rate, Spo2, W/H Ratio
• Nurse notes Summary :- In the Nurse notes summary includes the nurse notes
• Principal Complaints Summary :- In the Principal complaints summary includes the chief complaint of the particular patient
• Diagnosis Summary :- Here includes the ICD10 Summary with their dieses code
• Admission Recommendations Summary :-Admission recommendation summery will be reflected here
• OPD Recommendations Summary :- whatever the test doctors will recommend to the patient their summary will be reflected here
• Treatment Plan Summary :- whatever the treatment plan users will update in the consultation page their summary will be reflected here
• Doctor Notes Summary :- Whatever the notes, doctors will update in the consultation page their summary will be reflected here
• Sample Details Summary :- Here summary of the sample details will be reflected
• Sample Parameter Summary :- Here summary of the parameter will be reflected

8. Once you check the summary, then click on the print option and the summary consultation page will be open in PDF file

in the patient consultation summary includes following points such as

A. In the first part include the patient information that is

• Patient name:-Patient name should be required in the summary consultation report for identifying the report
• Modality:- Modalitya should be required in the summary consultation for identifying the specific modality vise summary
• Added on :- In this page display the Date and time of the summary who actually added first.
• Added by:- in this page display the name of the person who actually generate the report
• Last Updated on :- In this page display the Date and time of the summary who actually added last.
• Last updated by :- in this page display the name of the person who actually generates the report
• Clinic name :- in this page clinic name should be require for identify the name of the clinic
• Service name :- In this page service name should be required

B. In the second part include the consultation helpers such as

• Vital Summary
• Principle complaint summary
• Admission Recommendation Summary
• Diagnosis Summary
• OPD Recommendation Summary
• Treatment Plan Summary

8. Once you check the consultation summary, click on the print option to download and print the report 

A. Download the receipt in PDF format by clicking on the download option which appears on the right side of the screen.

B. Print the receipt by selecting the print option that is reflected on the left side of the screen.
